How to Navigate the Network (as Client/Partner/Validator/Chain Owner)
As a Client
Start by downloading the Modulr browser, this is your gateway into the network. It includes the Virtual Desktop, wallet integration, and everything you need to interact with the decentralized operating system.
Fund your wallet with $eMDR, the ERC-20 version of our token. Then manually convert to $MDR, which is used natively on Modulr (a bridge will come later). From there, you can request compute, storage, or access services and post jobs directly through the interface. Funds are locked until your job is complete.
As a Partner
If you’ve got spare compute power or storage, you can join the network as a provider. Install the official Modulr software, list your specs, and start accepting jobs. You’ll earn $MDR for completed jobs, which you can use to purchase other services or swap it to $eMDR.
No need to build your own infra. Just plug in and contribute.
As a Validator
Download the validator software and help run the network. No staking is required for Modulr validators (at least for now). This isn’t PoS. Validators assign jobs, verify results, and confirm co-chain blocks. Some co-chains may require staking if they choose, but at the base layer, it’s about fairness and uptime, not token weight.
As a Chain Owner
Want to build something big? Start a co-chain.
Define your own logic, pricing, and services, whether it’s a decentralized Uber, on-chain Fiverr, or something no one’s thought of yet. We’re not just inviting developers in, we’re giving away the building blocks.
You don’t need permission to launch. Just the idea.
